    Please complete this form in advance of a grant proposal submission. Please complete all pertinent information as the information will be used to obtain the proper approval(s) from your Dean and Department Chair, if applicable.
  • Why completing this form is important?

    Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects (GSP) has implemented an internal proposal deadline policy for the submission of external funding proposals.  This policy is being implemented to sustain and safeguard FDU’s reputation, manage workload and expectations, and to provide the most optimal and equitable customer experience.  This policy also applies to all grant proposals and to any other activity that is submitted to us for review and process (i.e., progress reports, letters of intent, subawards, etc.).  The policy has three requirements: 1.  Notify your Dean and Department Chair (if applicable) at least 3 weeks before the application deadline.  2.     Notify the Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects two weeks prior to the application deadline. 3.     All final documents must be received by the Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects at least three business days prior to agency deadline.
